A designer’s desk should have minimal clutter.

I have a different picture of success. Good design is always exploring, always finding new things to dive into and experiment with. When you stop looking, you stop improving. When I’m deep in the design process, my desk is anything but minimal. Sometimes, a messy desk allows you to pick up and drop things without hesitation. I can freely learn and experiment uninhibited by the thought of keeping clean.
